Like the plate and frame filter press, the diaphragm filter press still uses two different filter plates, one solid filter plate and the other hollow filter plate. The difference between the plate frame filter plate and the hollow filter plate is very large, the border filter plate is like four strips surrounding the city, and the hollow filter plate is used in two layers cast together, forming a large gap in the middle of the filter plate, which is the hollow filter plate.

There is also the difference in filter cloth style. At this point, the filter press and the diaphragm filter press adopt basically the same filter cloth style, both use two filter cloths, connected in the middle to form a filter cloth monomer. The filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press is a square filter cloth, and the shape is completely different from the previous two types of equipment. Speaking of filter cloths, it is necessary to talk about their existence on the equipment, chamber filter press and diaphragm filter press filter cloth using a wrapping method, one of the two layers through the small hole in the middle of the filter plate and then flat unfolding, wrapping the filter plate.
