1. The operator must be familiar with the content of the instruction manual, and operate, adjust, use and maintain in accordance with the specifications. During use, when the feeding is finished, a high-pressure fluid or gaseous medium can be injected into the diaphragm plate, and then the whole diaphragm will bulge and press the filter cake, and then realize the further dehydration of the filter cake, which is commonly known as press filtration.

2. Check the diaphragm filter press before each use. The machine must not be adjusted when it is in use. If the pressure gauge is found to be damaged or the machine does not have a pressure gauge, it should be stopped immediately. Various parts and conveyor parts check the safety status of the machine, and the quality of the oil is the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and the oil and hydraulic oil have reached a predetermined height level.

3. The filter cloth used by the machine should be flat and leakage-free, the filter cloth should not be damaged, and the sealing surface should not be wrinkled or overlapped.

4. The oil tank, oil circuit, oil tank, etc. should be kept clean, the optimal temperature in the fuel tank is lower than 60 degrees, and the oil tank, oil circuit, fuel tank and other equipment should be replaced or cleaned every year. Due to the low temperature in winter, the oil needs to be heated above 15 degrees Celsius.

5. Plate and frame filter to avoid sun and rain, can not be in contact with pH substance.

6. The filter plate and filter frame shall not be in contact with oil, acid and alkali or other substances that are harmful to the plate frame, and should be kept away from heat sources and avoid sun and rain.

7. Frequently check whether the whole machine parts and components are installed safely, whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the hydraulic system leaks oil, and whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable.

8. After each start-up, carefully observe the working condition of the machine, and if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped and repaired immediately.

9. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment under working conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the pressure gauge is damaged or not installed with a pressure gauge.

10. When replacing the new oil pipe for the first time, the personnel shall not be close to the high-pressure oil pipe.

11. The mechanical pressing filter press should pay great attention to the pressing situation, and should not run overloaded for a long time to avoid burning the motor or damaging parts.

12. Frequently check and clean the entry and exit channels to ensure unobstructed.

13. When discharging slag, rinse the filter cloth and plate frame as needed to ensure that the sealing surface is free of debris.

14. During the operation of the machine, the filtration pressure, compaction pressure and feeding temperature should be adjusted within the normal range.
